Now, close one nostril by hand gently and put the solution to other nostrils. Allow the solution to drain through other nostril and gently blow to remove excess solution and mucus. Repeat the process to other nostrils.
- Steam inhalation
Inhalation n regular basis will help you to clear the nasal passages, it is very effective for sneezing, sore throat, and runny or stuffy nose. The process is as follows:
1) Boil water in a pot
2) add 3 to 4 drops of eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil or rosemary (add your preferable essential oil)

Turmeric is very good for allergic conditions. It is a good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory substance. It will help you to reduce congestion, cough, and sneezing. To prepare a mixture are as follows: 1) Mix 6 tablespoonful of turmeric powder and 6 tablespoonfuls of honey. 2) Take 1 teaspoonful of this mixture 2 times a day. You can drink milk with turmeric powder.
- Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has antibiotic and antihistamine properties and is a good choice to fight with allergic rhinitis. It will help you to reduce sneezing, nasal congestion and headaches. The preparation of this mixture is as follows:
1) add 2 teaspoonfuls of unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water
2) mix 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice and honey and
3) drink up to 3 times daily.
