Lacrosse Ball the Glut Medius
Using the lacrosse ball for the muscles around the hip are extremely helpful in decreasing pain and spasm. Spasm to these muscles have been found to be associated with a variety of conditions including but not limited to low back injuries, disc injuries, labral tears, FAI, IT Band syndrome and more.
I found a lacrosse ball is much better at getting to the deeper muscles than a tennis ball (which i use to use in the past).
